should sms be accepted as a new language and taught in schools

To take it a step further, I believe that computer programming should be taught in schools at an elementary level because I firmly believe that kids can learn this stuff easier then adults can. If an average child can learn four different spoken languages by the age of eight, why couldn't a child learn how to program several different languages? I think anything technology related should be taught in schools but in a way that does not alienate the kids from nature. I can see how a child could be in the house for days without stepping outside and appreciating the natural elements. However, SMS I believe could and should be taught because with SMS, a person can take video of car accidents, home burglaries and so forth. I think SMS is a powerful tool and should be taught as a small clinic just to touch on some of the main aspects of it. Then eventually it will grow to something bigger and the future will be ready for it.
